February 14 - Valentine's Day. On our walk this morning, Sister Eastmond and I observed a few things.
She saw a bird fly onto a roof with a fish in its mouth. I pulled out the camera and zoomed in the best the camera would go. You cannot see the fish, but here is the bird.

Today all the zone leaders and Sister Trainer Leaders gathered for the Mission Leader's Conference.
President and Sister Shumard took us out to the Gloira Inn for a Valentine's Dinner. We should have taken a picture of the restaurant. It was decorated for Valentine's Day. The table was set perfectly with multiple forks just like in the U.S. Usually when we got to dinner the utensils come wrapped in a napkin. Elder Peterson had King-Clip fish and I had chicken cordon bleu. It was very good.
Thursday, February 16 - We took the other Peterson couple to the airport to catch a plane to Johannesburg. They are on their way to Christchurch, New Zealand where their youngest daughter is going to be married. They will be gone until March 1. Sister Shumard is in charge of the medical while they are gone.
Lubumbashi Zone Conference was held today.
Friday, February 17 - We got to go for a walk with the Eastmond's today. The past two mornings we were rained out. Made sweet and sour chicken for dinner.
Saturday, February 18 - Made some refried beans in the crockpot. Mixed up a batch of pancakes. Put most of them in the freezer for a fast breakfast. Made a big pot of chicken vegetable soup.
